She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Durham and Bell Johnson; her husband Billy Gene Skaggs; and her son Billy Ray Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Preston Eugene Skaggs (Keri), Susan Elizabeth Griffin (Michael), Yvonne Kinney (Lowell) and Margaret Ouellette (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Lowell Kinney Jr., Juanita Toller, Lesia Skaggs, Jamie Toller, Mark Ginn, Danielle Ginn, Gabe Skaggs, Joshua Scott Cleland, Chelsea Rose, Steven Rose, Silas Horner and Kaitlyn Veach. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
