It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua Horton of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle Ratcliff. He is survived by: his father Brett Horton; his brother Jeremy Horton; and his nephew Isaiah Horton.
