Josephine Lute Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Lute (West Portsmouth, Ohio), who passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Shepherd and Peggy Shepherd (Howard); her brothers, Stanley and Gary Shepherd; and her son-in-law Chad Weddington.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Lute; her children, Keith Lute (Jennifer), Kenneth Lute (Sherry), Kathy Jo Hudson (Jim) and Krystal Weddington (Doug Beechler); her grandchildren, Josh, Marissa, Jakob, Kaila, Kendra, Dillen, Kyle, Codie, Ethan and Connor; and her sister Barbara Brannan (Sonny). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to SOMC Hospice.
