He is survived by: his children, John Wesley Webb (Pamela) of West Portsmouth, Deborah Howell (Lyndell) of West Portsmouth, Peggy Webb of West Portsmouth and Polly Brown (Henry) of West Portsmouth; his siblings, Barbara Coleman of Wheelersburg and Lee Webb (Linda) of West Portsmouth; and his grandchildren, Sara, Nicholas, Johnathan, Tori, Jordan and Hunter.
