He was predeceased by: his father Earl William; his daughter Beth Ann Weaver; and his sister Dorothy "Dene" Compton. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Dee Weaver Cox (Bryan) and Darrell Weaver (Jenny); his grandchildren, Brittany Cox Chandler (Matt), Courtney Cox, Blaine Weaver and Brandon Weaver; and his sisters, Mildred Dean and Alice Morgan (Bob). He is also survived by his sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
