He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Skaggs; his children, Mary Howard (Carl), Johnny, Michael and David Skaggs; his brothers, Walter and George Skaggs (Clara); and his grandchildren, James Howard (Laura), Amy Covert (Mark), Naomi Horsley (Chaz), Carl Howard Jr., Payton Howard, Megan Richmond, Samantha Skaggs, Balinda Oppy, Nick Skaggs (Candy), Amber Skaggs, Carol Rose and Brooklin Skaggs. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
