She is survived by: her children, Tony Hayslip (Opal Musser), Brenda Blankenship (Randy) and Becky Gibson (Jim); and her grandchildren, Jason Blankenship (Brenda), Christopher Blankenship (Jessica), Jodie Essman (Justin), Christy McWilliams (Steve), Sarah Merritt (John), Marissa Coleman (Derrick), Kasandra Gibson, Ryan Hayslip (Helen), Alisha Hayslip, Juanita Peavey, Rachel Bibber (Matt) and Jonathon Hayslip (Tracy). She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
