It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Steiner (West Portsmouth, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Turner and Esther Hanson Turner; her husband Harry Steiner; her son Jay Steiner; and her brother Jerry Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Ball (Mike) of Ironton; her granddaughter Kristi Caudill; her great grandchild Harper Caudill; her sister-in-law Jean Turner; and her pet Macy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Cabin Critters, Old Town United Methodist Church, or SOMC Hospice in memory of Jeanne.
