It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Louise Conley (West Portsmouth, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Keibler and Hattie Messer Keibler; her husband Dave Conley; her son Michael Eggers; her stepgrandson Tony Conatser; her siblings, Dennis Keibler, Alberta Welton and Delores Askew; her nephews, Randy Welton and Charles Hale; and her niece Tawnya Mosley.
She is survived by: her nephew Doug Welton (Kathleen) of Columbus, OH; her niece Marcia Duncan (Pete) of Portsmouth; her half-siblings, Floyd Stepp, Sandy Smuzok of Vandalia, OH and Flora Neff of Vandalia, OH; and her nephew Ralph Brent Mosley of West Portsmouth. She is also survived by grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
