She is survived by: her daughter Carol Springer (David); her grandchildren, Vicki Lynn Howard, Scott Edward Howard (Keri), Bradley Michael Smith and Chad Christopher Smith; her great grandchildren, Austin Tyler Howard, Lindsey Morgan Adkins (Todd) and Luke Christopher Howard; and her great great grandchild Liberty Grace Adkins.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to SOMC hospice in Imogene's name.
