He was predeceased by: his parents, Harcel Harris Sr. and Darlene McLucas Moore; and his stepfather Stanley B. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Diane Blake Harris; his stepdaughter Tiffany Reynolds; his sisters, Carolyn Brown and Sherry Swords; his stepgranddaughter Leah Thomas; his uncle Lewis Harris; and his aunt Shirley (George).
