He is survived by: his mother Peggy "Vendura" Whitt; his stepfather Tom Whitt of West Portsmouth; his sister Gina Howard of West Portsmouth; his children, Erika Taylor Bradford, Gilbert Joseph Parker II, Cassy Noel Parker and Gavin Ray Parker; his grandchildren, Gaige, Mackenzie, Damien, Oliver, Kaleb, Lincoln and Jonah; and his nieces and nephews, Seth, Gabby and Asher.
