He is survived by: his wife Judy Howard Skaggs; his children, Jeff Skaggs of Port Orange, FL., Cherie Halstead (David) of West Portsmouth and Cindy Skaggs; his grandchildren, Daniel, Jacob Halstead, Molly, Stephanie, Sarah Skaggs and Josh Golden; his great grandchildren, Adelai, David Halstead and Gracie Golden; his nephew Aaron Martin; and his siblings, Larry Dean Skaggs, Mike Skaggs, Daryle Skaggs, Judy Allen and Patty Mosley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
