She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Robert Perry and JoAnne White Smith; and her sister Shirley Covote. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Lee Howard; her stepfather Thomas Smith; her daughters, Becky Anne Howard and Jamie Leigh Howard; her grandson Cameron Levi Howard; her siblings, Robert Perry (Lisa), Sylvia Aims (Randy), Debra Crawford (Harold) and June Blair (Matt); and her brother-in-law Dan Covote. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
