He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cooper Jewell; his daughters, Sarah Smith (Ronnie) of West Portsmouth and Kortney Jewell of New Boston; his stepchildren, Thomas Cooper (Sarah) of Peebles and Rachel Cummings (David) of Seaman; his siblings, Michael Jewell (Nancilyn) of Mt Orab, Randy Jewell (Daphne) of New Richmond and Vina Colley of McDermott; and his grandchildren, Kiersten Smith, Courtney Cornwell (Ethan), Logan Cummings, Ethan Cummings, Jacob Cooper and Ella Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
