She was predeceased by: her husband James Wesley Culver Sr.; her daughter Connie Slocum; and her siblings, Kenneth Prater, Marie Gable and Rosetta Henry.
She is survived by: her sons, James Wesley Culver Jr. (Julie) of West Portsmouth and Tim Culver of Aurora Colorado; her grandchildren, Marissa Hall (Mike) and Vanessa Garvin; and her great grandchild Brody Hall.
