She was predeceased by: her husband Millard Leroy Pennington Sr.; her son Michael Ralph Pennington; her granddaughter Vickie; her brothers, Ray Evans, Ralph Evans and Kenny Evans; and her half-siblings, Dick Walker, Mabel Whaley and Dorothy Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Millard Leroy "Pete" Pennington Jr. (Mary), Darrell Franklin Pennington (Pricilla), Sandra Seibert and Cindy Lynn Pennington; her grandchildren, Kristi, Michelle, Michael, Tiffany, Andy, Jasmine, Stacy, John, Josh and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Cameron Zach, Bryson, Jack, Olivia, Corbin, Jensen and Maci. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
