She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Dixon and Lula May Dixon (Blevins); her husband Clarence Buford Bloomer; her son Steve; and her siblings, Marcia Cronin, Gladys McNutt, James Dixon, Gene "Bill" Dixon, Helen Crawford, Joseph Dixon, Norma Perry, Bobbie and Benjamin Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Clarence, John Phillip of West Portsmouth, Brenda Cobb (Charles) of Portsmouth, Cheryl Chamberlin (Dennis) of Irwin, PA and Kathy Bloomer; her grandchildren, Matthew Chamberlin (Wendy), Rachael McGinnis, Benjamin Chamberlin (Briea), John Bloomer Jr. Nathaniel McGinnis (Sandra), Aaron Chamberlin (Tiffany), Joanna Deal (Robert), Melissa Smith (Justin), Elizabeth Chamberlin, Hannah Howard (Drew) and Esmeralda Bloomer Sanchez; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel McGinnis, Layla McGinnis, Ryan McGinnis, Miley Chamberlin, Tate Chamberlin, Emma Chamberlin, Chloe Chamberlin, Kaelyn Smith, Carter Smith, Wyatt Chamberlin, Reese Chamberlin, Holden Howard, Ashlynn Swords, Bobby, Adriana, Alexa Deal and Larisa Fausto Bloomer.
