She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Ray Pitts; her son Timothy Ray Pitts; and her grandchildren, Eric Charles and Jeremy Ray Pitts. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Ray Pitts of West Portsmouth, Sheila Marlane Wallace of Wheelersburg and Cindy Sue Baer of Portsmouth; and her siblings, Harry Perkins, Ralph Perkins, Orville Perkins, Irene Marie, Betty Marie, Delores Marie, Shirley Marie and Nettie Marie. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
In leu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to SOMC Hospice in Eileen's name.
