It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Morgan Deaver of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Morgan and Ruth Morgan; her husband Robert "Bob" Daniel Deaver Sr.; and her brother Marvin Morgan. She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Deaver Jr. (Mary), Richard Marvin Deaver (Julie), Rebecca J. Charlton (John) and Renee L. Rigsby (Casey); her grandchildren, Daniel Deaver (Jennifer), John Charlton Jr. (Tara), Nicole Deaver, Caleb Deaver, Casey Rigsby II, Morgan Rigsby and Hannah Deaver; her great grandchildren, Lexi Deaver, Trent Charlton, Mia Rawlins, Klair Charlton, Kami Baldwin and Alice Charlton; and her siblings, Mark Morgan (Ruth), Matt Morgan (MaryBeth), Micah Morgan and Jenny Morgan (Tim Powers). She is also survived by several uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
