He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Randall Williams and Gerlean Combs Williams; his wife Linda Marie Bundy Williams; his sons, Paul Matthew'Matt'Bennett Williams of Portsmouth and David Clark Williams, Jr. (Sara) of Portsmouth; his brother Larry Randall Williams (Anita) of West Portsmouth; his siblings-in-law, Paul Richard Bundy (Bertha) of Kitts Hill and Bonita Creger (Gary) of Coal Grove; his grandchildren, Abby Card (Sean), Vlad Matthew Bennett (Sarah), Brandon Scott (Haley), Justin Scott (Courtney), David Williams, Eric Williams and Isiah Clark Williams; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Aquinas Bennett, Jeremiah Scott, Paisley Scott, Jaxon Scott and Mia Scott.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
