He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Pack and Ethel Wogan Pack; his wife Terri Pack; and his siblings, James, Thomas Pack, Carol Pack and Margaret Davis.
He is survived by: his children, David Pack, Teresa (Bruce) and Christie (Shawn); his sisters, Susan Howard (Richard), Carrie Lockhart and Kathy Pack; and his grandchildren, Bub, Michelle, Johnny, Austin, Beth and Bailey. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
