He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Thacker Lester; his daughter Cinamon L. Wellington (Timothy); his granddaughters, Zoe M. Niekamp and Paisley Wellington; and his siblings, Marilyn Thompson and Paul Lester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
