He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Kline and Vada Campbell Kline. He is survived by: his wife Betty Campbell Kline; his children, Denise Ware (Richard) and Jeff Kline (Lynn); and his stepchildren, Brenda Gregory (Keith), Norm Campbell (Becky), Laura Carman and Kim Johnson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
