He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Blevins and Emma Fite Blevins; his son Richard Craig Blevins; and his siblings, Oscar Blevins, Charlotte Parker, Loretta Evans, Catherine Goins and Irene Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Malissa Evans Blevins; his sons, David Wayne Blevins (Robin), Randall Blevins (Tina), Roger Blevins (Cindy) and Keith Blevins (Debra); and his grandchildren, Malissa Sarver, Roger Blevins Jr., Keith Mitchell Blevins II, David Sanford Blevins, Richard Craig Blevins and Victoria Blevins. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
