He is survived by: his mother Gladys Sue Riggs; his son Jeremy Riggs (Meagon); his siblings, Gary Riggs, Charles Riggs (Ernette), Olivia Robertson (Mike), Betty Hale (Ronnie), Beth Vanhouten, Janice Noel (Kenny), Connie Lewis, Rebecca Pettigrew, Chad Riggs (Amber), Avery Riggs (Sandy), Melissa Sammons (Bear), Troy Riggs (Stacy), Eli Riggs (Tina) and John Riggs (Dana); his grandchildren, Khloe, Camdon and Karissah Riggs; his stepdaughter Lisa; his stepgrandchildren, Zac and Madison; and his friend Charlie Schramm. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
