With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Franklin Kammer (West Portsmouth, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kammer and Francis Kammer; his significant other Grace Kammer; and his siblings, Delores Finley (Gene), Billy Porter (Dwight), Cecil Kammer (Jacqueline), Freda Ross (Jimmy) and Thelma Rouley.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Patterson; his stepdaughter Tammy Greenwald (Bob); his grandchildren, Bobby Greenwald, Charleigh Wille (Aaron), Samantha Peyton (Thaine), Brock Pearson (Michael), Trenten Jones and Titus Jones; his great grandchildren, Coven, Knox, Arric, Aikyn, Colbie, Josie and Peyton; his siblings, Tom Kammer (Deanna), Robert Kammer and Dorothy Smith (Carl); and his close friend Dachshund.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the funeral home.
