He is survived by: his wife Karen Jenkins Carter; his daughters, Deborah A. House (Michael) and Karen Suzette Carter; his stepdaughter Ronna Gillespie (Rex); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Carly and Kristy McClain; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Gracie, Joshua Jenkins (Jeanine), Dean and Levi; his children, Russell Bradshaw, Todd Bradshaw (Jenni), Madison, Renee Thompson (Lonnie), Ryan Thompson (Sarah), Ruby, Drew Phillips (Kyle), Myles, Sophia and Ian; and his sister-in-law Rosalena Casey.
