It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy L. Marsh of West Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roger Lykins; and her brother Roger Wayne Lykins. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey "Kevin" Marsh and Jerri Ann Marsh; her siblings, Cheyenne Conley (Donna), Debbie Nelson, Pamela Jenkins, Roxanne Dunn (Terry), Angela Dingus (Joe), Sheila Lykins and Beth Robertson (Michael); her grandchildren, Chase Marsh, Katelynn Marsh, Natalie Marsh, Kylie Marsh and Kelsey Marsh; and her close friends, Yosanda Conley, Tonya Howard, Dona Meadows and Bob Ratcliff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and friends.
