It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Cooper of West Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles Barber; and her sister Ruth McNeil. She is survived by: her children, Russell Eugene Wilson III (Sue), Randall Lee Wilson (Oneida) and Vickie Stanley (Andy); and her siblings, James Barber (Debbie) and Barbara Phillips (Richard). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
