She is survived by: her sons, Charles David Horr (Shelley) of Wheelersburg and Scott Cooper Horr (Melissa) of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Jenna Horr, Hannah Kotte (Michael) and Braden Horr; her great grandchildren, Ellie-Ann Mullins and Kai Cooper Roy Mullins; her stepgranddaughter Amanda Mauk; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Paydon, Arriah, Maverik, Titus, Ezekiel Mauk and Charles Fletcher; her brother Jay Cooper (Cindy) of West Union; her nephew Todd Cooper of West Union; and her sisters, Peggy Krick of West Portsmouth and Cecilia Ballee of Gilbert, SC..
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
