She is survived by: her mother Laura Marie Priest Furtaw; her siblings, Kenneth Furtaw and Carol Shy; her children, Amy Van Hoose, Ann Meadows (Ryan) and Kaytlin Furtaw; and her grandsons, Colin Cassidy, Levi Meadows, Brandon Meadows, Tanner Bower (Chase Meadows) and Adden (Britton).
