It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Castle Hamilton of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Castle and Laura Spence Castle; her husband Claude "Sonny" Hamilton; her daughter Tammy Newman; her granddaughter Kayla Payton; and her siblings, Robbie, Roger, Ricky and Claudette.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheri Payton (Jim Tice) of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Samantha White (Justin) of West Portsmouth and Adam Newman of Lucasville; her siblings, Kevin Castle (Lori) and Loretta Keyser (Paul) of Portsmouth; and her friends, Judy Roe and Donna Southworth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
