He is survived by: his wife Janice Rogers Blevins; his children, William Blevins III (Christina), David Blevins (Jennifer), Caroline Kipp (John) and Robin Blevins; his stepsons, Samuel Rogers (Brittany) and Stephen Rogers (Briana); and his sister Sharon Stamper. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
