She was predeceased by: her father Claude Addis; and her husband James E. Folsom. She is survived by: her children, Becky Parks (Ken), Jamie Benedict (Cass), Jim Folsom (Gail) and John Folsom; her grandchildren, Whitney Folsom and Matthew Folsom (Felisha); her great grandchild Liam Folsom; her sister C'Dora Gulick (Ed); and her nieces and nephews, Louann Gaub (Walt), Claudia Guilliams (Chris), Owen Guilliams (Hannah), Addison Guilliams and Ari Gaub. She is also survived by 6 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
