It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Bell of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivor Lee and Rose Pearl Hawkins Bell; his stepdaughter Amber Hamilton; and his siblings, Kenneth Lee Bell, Kirby Yale Bell and Betty Lott.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Bell; his children, Eric Bell (Jackie), Jenny Carver (Barry) and Lisa Montgomery (Joe Leightenheimer); his stepchildren, Heather Hamilton, Amy Sams, Kyle Moore and Jason Hamilton; his sisters, Judy Lawson and Barbara Lawson; his grandchildren, Trish Chadwick, Barry Carver, Joshua Montgomery, Tori Montgomery, Jack Bell, Max Bell, Reece Bell, Brody Bell and Liam Moore; and his great grandchildren, Logan Chadwick, Madalyn Chadwick, Lorelei Carver and Vera Carver.
