She was predeceased by: her husband Epp Charles Jr.; her children, Jean Colley, Jack Charles and William Charles; and her siblings, Paul Morrow, Mary Kay Hawk and Julia Walters.

She is survived by: her children, Rick Charles of Sciotoville, Randy Charles of South Webster and Katie Hale (Roger) of Georgia; and her siblings, Joe Morrow of Waynesville, Nancy Oiler of South Shore and Nora Netzer of Portsmouth. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
