It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthony Wayne Cooper of West Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Cooper Sr.; his wife Kathy Ann Cooper; and his children, Anthony Wayne Cooper Jr. and Phyllis Cooper. He is survived by: his mother Anna Louise Galloway Owens (Manford); his children, Douglas Cooper, Tonishia Cooper and Phyllisa Smith; and his siblings, Bob Cooper (Missy) and Brenda Cooper. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
