She was predeceased by: her parents, Caney Galloway and Onida Adams Galloway; her son Anthony Cooper; and her siblings, Steve, John, Clay, Orville, Muggs Galloway and Mary Lockhart.
She is survived by: her husband Manford Owens; her children, Bob Cooper (Missy) and Brenda Cooper; her siblings, David Galloway and Susie Galloway; and her half-siblings, Craig Galloway and Donna Slusher. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
