Slark, Andrea Stewart (Shaun) and Samantha J. Crabtree (Mark); his siblings, James Lute (Loretta), Jerry Lute and Carol Baker (Tom); his grandchildren, Brandy, Mark, Justin, Taylor, Megan, Kayla, Katricia, Abigail, Katelyn, Parker, Riley, Madelyn and Kolton; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Jayden, Landon, Allie, Rhett, Tayen, Rory, Amir, Hunter and Tanner Andy.
