She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Michael Summers Jr., Timothy Lee Summers and James E. Summers; her daughters-in-law, Julie Ashley Summers and Katie O'Neal Summers; her siblings, Roger Rigsby and Tammy Hubbard (John); her brother-in-law Butch Carver; her grandchildren, Michael Scott Summers (Brooke Staggs), Courtnie Charles, William Ryan Summers (Eileen), Corey Tre Summers (McKenzie), James Patrick Summers (Summer) and Jacob Thomas Summers (Emily); her great grandchildren, Bethany Ann, Skyler Marie, Lilyanna Rose Adalynn Renee, Briar Rose, Jaxson Samuel, Michael Ryder, Allison Kate, Ira Beckett Summers, Grayson Stricklett and Bragan Staggs; her nieces and nephews, Renee Roe (Henry), Nick Harvey, Johnda Lafferty, Eddie Carver (Rhonda), Kim Galloway (Steve), Lynn Chaffin (Jason), Charlene Carver, Brenda Pressler (Dustin), Casey Rigsby (Renee) and Roy Rigsby (Ashley); and her sisters, Susie Stall, Ann Dissinger, Penny Ward, Janey Johnson, Kathy Skaggs, Cathy Lute, Barb Waller and Juanita Simpson.
