He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Elmer Ullery and Esther May Ullery-Dearth (Diehl); his brothers, Melvin, Mark and Bruce Ullery; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Wahl and Donna Ullery.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Fry; his children, Kyle Ullery of Dayton, Kurt (Carrie Ullery) and Kris (Erin Ullery); his grandchildren, Blake, Shane, Kade, Trace and Brooke; his sisters, Beverly (Rick Price) and Wanda Wahl of Troy; and his sister-in-law Susan Ullery of Brookville.
