She is survived by: her daughters, Schonda Johnson (Perry) of New Paris and Angela DeCarlo (Glendon G.) of Dayton; and her siblings, Patty, Larry Stayrook, Forrest Rivers (Sue) of West Alexandria, Frank Rivers of Eaton and Donald Stayrook (Peggy) of West Alexandria. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
