She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph J. Andzik and Helen A. Andzik (Dorche); her siblings, Patricia Andzik, Rudolph Andzik, Jr. and Paul Andzik; and her brothers-in-law, Dennis Seman and William Lohnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Miller (CJ Corrello) of West Milton, Sonita Fryman of Georgetown and Julie Andzik of Eagle Point, OR; her grandchildren, John, Brandon, Kayla, Nicolas and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Lacey, Christian, Connor and Jersey; her siblings, Theresa Seman, Marth Lohnes and Louis Andzik; and her sister-in-law Celie Andzik Grewe.
