He is survived by: his parents, Phillip George and Peggy Lee Smith (Zimmerman); and his brothers, Doug Smith (Renee Dugan) of Laura, Jeff Smith (Alicia Nichols) of Laura and Don Smith of Englewood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
