He was predeceased by: his father James E. Fairchild. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fairchild; his son Brad North (Mandy) of Tipp City; his brother Tony Fairchild (Karen) of Medway; his grandsons, Owen, Oakley, Oliver and Bo; his mother-in-law Doris Jean Milthaler of Tipp City; his brother-in-law David Milthaler (Holly Foster) of Englewood; and his close friend Zander. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Hospice of Miami County in Tim's honor.
