He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Hoffman and Betty Miller (McCreight); his son Jerry Volk; and his sister Deanna Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Joy Hoffman (Hery); his children, Lisa Henley, Kimberly Templeton, Daniel Volk, Robert Volk and Bill Roberts; and his brother Mike Hoffman. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
