It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Applegate of West Milton, Ohio, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clyde and Shirley Mae Applegate (Lutz). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Sue Applegate (Pierce); his sons, Terry "TJ" Applegate of Bradford, Matthew Applegate (Aimee) of Troy and Steven Applegate (Katherine) of Dayton; and his siblings, Leroy Applegate (Judy) of West Milton and Gloria Applegate of New Madison. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
