He was predeceased by: his father Carl G. Chasteen. He is survived by: his mother Judith Chasteen (Young); his wife Cheryl Chasteen (Perry); his sons, Justin Chasteen of Tipp City and Jeff Wood (Bailey) of Georgia; his grandsons, Owen and Bryce; and his sisters, Cathy Schuck (Bill) of Brookville and Darlene Bennett (Heath) of Verona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
