He is survived by: his wife Jill Christine Parker (Ganger); his children, Chad Parker, Wendi LeFort of West Milton and Elizabeth (Canon Briggs); his grandchildren, Austin Noffsinger, Bryce Noffisinger, Olivia Briggs, Ella Briggs and Scarlett Briggs; and his sister Martha Erwin of Dexter, Missouri..
